KAPOK FURNITURE INC. (the "Store")

STORE POLICY

1. All merchandise is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS. There is no warranty of any kind, express or implied. Buyer shall inspect the merchandise prior to its purchase and is satisfied with its use. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE IS AVAILABLE.

2. All payment must be made in full within twenty (20) days after the initial deposit. Payment must be made in full before the merchandise is removed from the store location.

3. Costs of preparing, loading and delivering will be at the expense of Buyer. Buyer must make arrangement with store before entering the store to load merchandise for delivery. Removal of the merchandise shall be at the sole expense, liability and risk of the Buyer.

4. If the Buyer fails to make payment as required or fails to remove the merchandise within the 20- day period, the Store shall have the option of storing such items at the sole expense and risk of the Buyer or deeming all deposits or partial payments as having been forfeited by the Buyer and the Buyer will lose all right, title and interest which Buyer might otherwise have acquired in and to the merchandise, in which case the Store may resell (without notice) or otherwise dispose of such items at its sole discretion.

5. The store has the final say in the interpretation of its policy.
